Week 1 | July 2-5

STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math

Camp Eureka offers a STEM-themed summer camp with hands-on exploration, experiments, and activities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

The program aims to spark curiosity, foster critical thinking, and inspire a love for learning through engaging projects.

Activities include building bridges, designing robots, conducting experiments, and more, promising an exciting and educational summer experience.

Week 2 | July 8-12

Animal Kingdom

Camp Eureka offers campers diving into the amazing world of animals!

They’ll learn all about where animals live, what they eat, how they behave, and the special tricks they use to survive.

With fun activities like jungle adventures and experiments with reptile eggs, plus learning about animal footprints and sorting animals into groups, campers are going on a wild exploration of nature!

The week will end with a fun-filled field trip at the Zoo.

Photographic Arts

This week, campers will dive into the world of photographic arts, using cameras to express themselves creatively and communicate effectively.

They will learn about different techniques, visual storytelling, cultural representation, and the beauty of capturing moments through their camera lenses, offering fresh perspectives that enrich our understanding of the world

Artsy in Me

Artsy in Me camp nurtures creativity in children through diverse arts activities like painting, sculpting, and music.

Campers explore various mediums with guidance from experienced instructors to unleash their artistic potential.

Musicology

Welcome to Musicology, where our campers will embark on a musical journey of discovery and creativity!

Campers will explore the fascinating world of music, learning about rhythm, melody, and harmony.

We will study different music styles, composers, and cultural influences, and engage in hands-on experiences like instrument exploration all the while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

Mindfulness : Brain Gym and Yoga

Child Summer Eureka: Mindfulness, Brain Gym, and Yoga program nurtures children’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being through mindfulness practices, brain exercises, and yoga.

Activities include mindfulness exercises for stress management, brain gym sessions for cognitive function, and yoga for physical health.

The holistic program aims to foster self-discovery, resilience, and overall development in a fun and engaging way.

Pottery Basics/Clay for Kids

Children’s Pottery Class offers a creative journey for children to explore pottery and clay sculpting guided by experienced instructors.

It fosters self-expression, fine motor skills, and patience while embracing imperfections.

The studio provides a safe space for kids to have fun, get messy, and unleash their creativity with clay.

Geography and World Travel

Get ready for an adventure-packed journey as we delve into the wonders of geography and world travel!

Campers will dive into hands-on activities like crafting their compasses to understand the Earth’s magnetic field and creating journey sticks to map their explorations throughout the week.

Montessori Lessons on Reading and Mathematics Readiness

The School Readiness Transition program provides Montessori Language and Mathematics lessons aimed at preparing young learners.

Language lessons concentrate on pre-reading and writing skills

Mathematics lessons encompass numbers, shapes, and patterns

This program improves social-emotional skills, fosters independence, and cultivates a passion for learning through a comprehensive approach.
